Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair desktops and laptops
• Remove malware and ransomware
• Perform tune‑ups and Windows troubleshooting
• Replace screens, batteries, keyboards, and hardware components
• Communicate clearly with customers
• Maintain accurate repair notes

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Windows systems

Field Technician / MSP Support

Responsibilities
