Administrative Assistant

The administrative assistant is responsible for providing support to our organization's executive and other employees by performing various administrative and clerical duties. The specific job responsibilities of an administrative assistant may vary depending on experience but some of the common duties include:

To perform the duties effectively, the administrative assistant should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with relevant experience in administrative support. Additionally, proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and Google Workspace, is preferred.
