Who do you Call?

September 7, 2017
I received a phone call from Dianne on Sunday after the hurricane.  She said her gate controller computer was down and desperately needed it repaired.  This $15,000 gate system is running on DOS and not just any computer would not do.

We Service What we Sell

Since Primary Computer Service had sold Dianne this computer, we also had all the spare parts to keep it running.  The computer was running DOS under Windows XP.  This means that the replacement computer parts had to be identical to the broken system or it would come up with the "Blue Screen of Death" and not work at all.  So, the parts were installed and the computer was back on line in 45 minutes.
