Who do you Call?

April 25, 2018
You may have heard it said, "You get what you pay for." This is not always the case, particularly when it comes to AVG anti virus software.

This, too, can be fixed.

The vendor had already called twice for a copy of the drawing and specifications for the device which was needed ASAP. Call the copier company.  After 45 minutes of frustration, they finally said the only way this could be fixed was to schedule a copier service technician to upgrade the copier software.  But could we, for one minute, think outside the box. A quick call to Primary Computer got us working quickly.  Their capable engineer was able to adjust the sending settings of the copier and the AVG configuration so that we could send the drawings TODAY.

Copier Won't Send, Be Efficient, Call Primary Computer
