Smartphone's are smartphones, or are they?  Apple has had the marketing campaign over the years bragging that their computers are easier to setup and use.  How about that iPhone? Apple or Android

Case in Point

Recently we networked a Canon Imageclass laser printer for a customer. The installation on a Windows 7 computer took about 15 minutes.  After the initial test, we wanted to see how easy it was to print from our Android.  We pulled up an email, pressed print and out came the page.  So what about the customer's iPhone.  We opened an email, pressed print, but the printer was nowhere to be found.  Then after about a dozen clicks to find, select and default the printer - it printed.  In this case the Android, Galaxy S6 Edge was clearly the winner.
