Get Data Back

The computer screen said that AVG, an anti virus program, could not continue. Neither the mouse or the keyboard would respond, not even the three finger salute (ctrl-alt-delete).  Primary Computer quickly determined this to be a defective hard drive.  Fortunately the failure was that the hard drive had problems writing but not reading.  Using a disk imaging program, we were able to copy all the files to a new drive.  Now the computer was in like new condition with all the files and screen icons in the same place so that there was no interruption in service or a learning curve. We can also retrieve data that has been deleted and even from a formatted drive.
