Google searches are missing the mark!
I have found a few computers that Google Earth Pro suddenly stopped working and the spinning globe either did not appear or it did not spin at all.
The first step is to positively determine the minimum requirements of Google Earth. Make sure the computer complies to these requirements.
The second step is to update the graphics drivers. Go to device manager, click on display adapters, right click on the driver and left click on update driver software. This will update and install the latest drivers.
Google Earth Pro should now work.
