	The Email client says it is offline, but the offline icon is not showing. What do you do?

	Get E-Mail Moving Quickly

	The customer called saying their Quickbooks was slow and the E-mail was offline. The server was running at 100% CPU capacity due to a Chrome browser that had been run. The Chrome service was ended and now that the speed was back, a little trouble-shooting showed that this person had 76,000 messages in the inbox. After deleting some of the spam, E-mail was up and running. Is your critical E-mail backed up?
