Outlook was not able to send E-mail due to the hundreds of incoming notifications that E-mail could not be delivered.  So who do you call?

Restore E-Mail Security

A trouble report came in reporting that the user was unable to send E-mail in his outlook POP3 account and was receiving a large number of E-mail notifications saying that his mail was undeliverable or that a virus had been detected.  After running a malware scan and removing 5 malware infected objects, all looked good.  But, the notifications were still coming in.  This meant that his E-mail password had been hacked.  As soon as the password was changed, the notifications quit coming in.  The new password was long and secure which meant it had upper and lower alpha characters, numbers and a special character. Then I deleted the hundreds of notification messages from the POP management console. Now E-Mail security had been restored.
